Lori Bagliore has more than 30 years of experience in construction accounting and finance. Her expertise underpins the company’s financial integrity, and she is equally dedicated to community service.
Rowdy Caskey
Vice President
Rowdy Caskey began his construction career in 2001 and has since amassed extensive experience in general contracting, earthwork, utilities, and commercial concrete. Over the past 25 years, he has advanced from field roles to leadership positions, successfully managing teams ranging from small crews to over 400 employees. His comprehensive, hands-on industry knowledge has been instrumental in projects such as McLane Stadium, Tesla, Q2 Stadium, Davis Diamond (Texas A&M Softball Stadium), Ferrell Center, and Waterloo Amphitheater.
Scott Kearsing

Scott Kearsing is a seasoned operations and project management leader with a proven track record in delivering commercial projects with precision and efficiency. His background in the United States Marine Corps instills a disciplined, results-driven approach, and he excels in team leadership and collaboration. Scott is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical leadership while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure outstanding project outcomes.
Lance Attaway
Vice President
With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Lance Attaway has played a key role in executing multi-million dollar projects across Central Texas and California. A fifth-generation Texan with a background in the United States Marine Corps and a degree from Texas A&M University, Lance combines expertise with a deep sense of regional pride. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending quality time with family and friends in the Texas Hill Country.
Jake Duvall
Chief Financial Officer
Jake Duvall serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong background in corporate finance and strategic planning. His experience includes consulting, and he holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin. When not managing financial strategies for the company, Jake enjoys hiking and camping.
